TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A couple and a dog had to be rescued from a submerged car on Friday as rain continued to cause flooding in Brazil.
Video from military police shows the rescue in the Bom Retiro do Sul municipality.
A woman had hypothermia and limited mobility, according to officials.
As of Friday afternoon local time, Brazilian authorities confirmed 37 deaths and 74 injuries from flooding, plus an additional 74 people missing.
