Terrorists abduct housewife, daughter, man in Niger

Two women and a man around the Niger Motel in the Jepap area of Suleja town, Niger State, have been kidnapped by suspected kidnappers.

Hoodlums had kidnapped four persons, including a female pastor, in the area with an undisclosed amount of money paid to the abductors as ransom before they regained freedom.

A source in the community told DAILY POST that the abductors invaded the community at about 1:00 pm on Saturday, where a housewife and her 18-year-old daughter were kidnapped when they (abductors) went into the house.

He explained that before the incident, the housewife had a misunderstanding with a man, who threatened that she should expect his reaction.

DSP Wasiu Abiodun, the Niger State Police Command spokesman, did not pick up telephone calls to confirm the incident.
