A man from Lee is dead after a head-on crash in Maine.The crash happened Wednesday afternoon on Route 236 in Kittery.Police said they believe the 59-year-old suffered a medical event that caused him to veer into the opposite lane and crash into another car.The driver was pronounced dead at a hospital. His identity was not released. The other driver was not injured.
