GAITHERSBURG, Md. (7News) — A Starbucks employee was assaulted by two women Wednesday, according to police.
The women entered the coffee chain, went behind the business counter, and physically assaulted a woman employee. The women left the store before the police arrived at the 100 block of Kentlands Boulevard in Gaithersburg, Maryland, according to the Gaithersburg Police Department.

Police responded to the Starbucks at 4:37 p.m, police said.
