KENNEWICK, Washington – The Washington State Patrol (WSP) investigating a two-vehicle crash on State Route 240 in Kennewick are looking for a certain vehicle.
WSP said witnesses this morning reported seeing an older red SUV leaving the scene with rear-end damage.
This vehicle is considered important to the investigation due to the complexity of the crash, WSP said in a release.
