LOOKING FOR ANSWERS WITH THIS. YEAH, EVAN AND JESS, WE’VE ASKED EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR UPDATES ON THOSE SUSPECTS AND KEEP GETTING TOLD THE SAME THING BY OKLAHOMA CITY POLICE THAT THERE’S NO NEW INFORMATION. SO TODAY WE WENT TO THE OKLAHOMA COUNTY COURTHOUSE LOOKING FOR ANSWERS THROUGH SEARCH WARRANTS OR ARREST WARRANTS. BUT STILL, NOTHING HAS BEEN FILED FOR THIS MASS SHOOTING. DAY THREE OF A SEARCH FOR ANSWERS AS TO WHAT HAPPENED LEADING UP TO SEVEN PEOPLE BEING SHOT IN MIDTOWN NEAR NORTHWEST 10TH AND HARVEY, POLICE TOLD KOCO HOURS AFTER THE SHOOTING. IT STARTED WITH A FIGHT LEADING TO GUNSHOTS AND SEVEN PEOPLE WERE HIT, TWO OTHERS INJURED BY GLASS. POLICE ALSO CONFIRMED AT LEAST TWO SUSPECTS WERE INVOLVED AND WON’T RULE OUT THE POSSIBILITY OF THERE BEING MORE. BUT SINCE EARLY TUESDAY MORNING, WHEN THAT INFORMATION WAS GIVEN, THERE HAVE BEEN NO UPDATES IN THE CASE, NO ARRESTS HAVE BEEN MADE AND NO SUSPECT INFORMATION GIVEN. KOCO CONFIRMED AT LEAST ONE VICTIM WAS SHOT IN THE BACK AND HAS UNDERGONE TWO SURGERIES. NOW, POLICE SAY WHILE THEY CAN’T GIVE ANY NEW DETAILS, THEY’RE ASKING FOR ANYONE WITH VIDEOS FROM THE SHOOTING TO COME FORWARD. NOW WE’VE BEEN HERE OUTSIDE THE COLLECTIVE TODAY AS THEY OPENED THEIR DOORS FOR THE FIRST TIME IN DAYS. AND WHILE NOT MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT NOW THAT IT’S 5:00, A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE STARTING TO GET OFF WORK. WE’RE STARTING TO SEE MORE PEOPLE COME TO THE RESTAURANT FOR THE FIRST TIME. THE COLLECTIVE DID CONFIRM TO US TODAY THEY’RE WORKING ON A FUND FOR THOSE VICTIMS TO HELP THEM PAY MEDICAL BILLS. THEY HOPE TO HAVE MORE INFORMATION ON HOW YOU CAN HELP IN T
