BAKERSFIELD, Calif. --- (KBAK/FOX58) City of Arvin Police Chief Alex Ghazalpour spoke with Eyewitness News Tuesday afternoon about a deadly shooting over the weekend that left two people dead in the growing, agricultural city. Ghazalpour addressed crime statistics with Eyewitness News and also spoke about staffing totals in the form of patrol strength as his police department investigates the weekend shooting.
