LEESPORT, Pa. - People got a close up look on what it's like to be a firefighter in Leesport on Saturday.
The Leesport Fire Company hosted an event alongside the Central Berks Fire Company.
They hoped to engage younger generations and teach them all about what goes into becoming a volunteer firefighter.
Firefighters also gave basic CPR lessons and taught people about fire prevention.
