LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- It's the last call for cannabis-infused drinks at restaurants around Kentucky.
THC-infused beverages will no longer be sold by the drink at bars due to a new law that goes into effect June 1. It treats THC seltzers like alcohol and limits the drinks to five milligrams per can.
While single can sales will be banned at bars and restaurants, people can still purchase the hemp seltzers at Kentucky liquor stores.
There are also exceptions for THC drink limits at fairs and festivals until January. People must be 21 years or older to purchase the drinks.
