Career goal: I plan to attend medical school after college and eventually become a dermatologist.

Highlights: I was a part of class office all four years and Class President for three. I’ve also participated in Leadership for four years, Link Crew for two years, volleyball at Rodriguez for two years, Club Volleyball for three years, and Advanced Jazz Choir for four years. Some of my favorite classes were French and AP Lang, and I loved spending time with friends at sports games and school events at Rod!

Jenna Allison

Next year: I will be attending the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.

Career goal: I hope to serve in the United States Navy, and afterwards continue working for the government. I'm passionate about serving others and giving back to my community and country.

Highlights: Sports: Cross Country and Long-Distance Track. I've taken a total of 8 AP classes throughout high school.

Ethan Andrews

Next year: I am going to Spain for a soccer tournament in the summer and plan to attend UC Davis for Economics.

Career goal: I know I want to be in the financial sector, but haven’t chosen a specific job yet.

Highlights: Varsity Soccer Captain. junior and senior year, Varsity Tennis junior year, sports editor and secretary for yearbook senior year.

Rhea Bal

Next year: I plan to pursue a degree in biopsychology and work toward the pre-med track.

Career goal: I am passionate about helping others and hope to pursue a career in medicine, using compassion to address the unique needs of those in need.

Highlights: President of the Faith Love and Care Club, where I fulfilled my passion for community work, and made lasting memories with friends.

Ava Rianne Bayawa

Next year: I am attending UCLA, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Biology.

Career goal: I hope to be a Physician Assistant because I love helping people and want to make a difference.

Career goal: I plan to become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). I'm passionate about healthcare and want to make a direct impact on people’s lives.

Allison Bouchard

Next year: I will be performing and competing with Blue Devils B Drum Corps this summer and attending UC Berkeley for an Architecture major.

Career goal: I hope to become a successful architect, study abroad, and eventually run my own firm designing major city projects.

Highlights: REU Color Guard team for 4 years, REU Leader for 2 years and Captain senior year, attended California Leadership Academy, Leadership program for 4 years, National Honor Society for 2 years, Link Crew for 2 years, part-time job at the mall for 2 years, and took 11 AP courses.

In 10 years: I hope to be starting a successful architecture career with a master’s degree and an architect's license.

Jade Buaquina

Next year: I plan to explore new hobbies over the summer like learning guitar or improving my language skills. I will attend CSULB majoring in pre-nursing and hope to work an on-campus job.

Career goal: I plan to work as a registered nurse in a hospital and eventually become a physician’s assistant.

Highlights: Member of REU marching band, especially enjoying bonding with the clarinet section. Member of Teen Advisory Board for the Fairfield Cordelia Library. Most memorable experiences came from making diverse friendships that broadened my perspective.

Aaliyah Burrell

Next year: I plan to attend UC Santa Cruz, majoring in Psychology.

Career goal: I want to become a therapist to help people in need. Whether it’s giving snacks, a ride, or advice, helping others has always made me feel fulfilled.

Highlights: Member and now captain of REU Color Guard, Advanced Jazz Choir, and took multiple honors and AP classes—favorite being AP Psychology.

In 10 years: I see myself in a healthy relationship with my education, surrounded by friends and family, and building a fulfilling career as a therapist.

Kymani Cummings

Next year: I'm excited to spend summer with friends and family, and will attend CSU Sacramento majoring in Computer Science.

Career goal: I want to work for companies like YouTube or Google, because I’m fascinated by how technology shapes our world.

Highlights: Member of REU for all four years, loved Thursday night practices, football games, and competitions. Member of Black Student Union and Beginning Choir, where I found a love for singing.

In 10 years: I see myself with a stable career and financial situation, having bought my first house, married, and starting a family.

Finn Davis

Next year: I am going to Mount Saint Mary’s University Los Angeles as a direct entry Nursing major. I hope to become a CNA and begin working after my freshman year.

Career goal: I hope to become an emergency department nurse. I'm passionate about helping people and excited for my future in nursing.

Highlights: Leadership all four years, Thespian President for two years, four years in theater, one year as class officer. I met my best friends through Leadership and made unforgettable memories.

In 10 years: I see myself graduating with a BSN, working as an ER Nurse, and pursuing a master’s degree to become a Nurse Practitioner.

Harry Diaz

Next year: I am attending the University of California, San Diego, to study political science.

Career goal: I want to become a lawyer in the future and fight for issues that I've been passionate about since I was a kid. I really enjoy formulating arguments and naturally found law as a way for me to exercise that desire.

Highlights: I played water polo for three years and swam for four years, and I'd say it was the best part of my high school experience because I gained so many friends that I've known for four years. I took German for four years where I also developed relationships with many friends and got the chance to go on two separate trips to Europe for the first time ever. I took several AP classes, but my most favorite were AP U.S. History and AP Government, which fueled my passion for wanting to get into law.

In 10 years: I see myself graduating from law school, passing the bar exam, and achieving my dream of becoming a lawyer at a big law firm.

Adam El Chaar

Next year: I plan to go to UCLA Next year as a mechanical engineering major. Career goal: I would like to use my mechanical engineering degree to get a job at a tech company in the future.

Highlights: I was part of the Rodriguez boy’s tennis team, Key Club, Fashion Club, and took a total of 10 AP classes across my four years.

Scholarships, awards: Salutatorian status of Rodriguez High School.

In 10 years: I hope I have a good group of people surrounding me and that I’m financially successful.

Isabela Elder

Next year: During the summer I'm going to London with my family. I look forward to making memories with them and enjoying my break before my first year of college. I will be attending Dominican University of California pursuing nursing. I will be having clinicals and many hands-on experiences to integrate me into the medical field.

Career goal: I hope to become a nurse by completing the nursing program for four years at Dominican University of California. This career interests me greatly because I love to care for others, and with prior experience I've had, it seems like a job I would enjoy every day.

Highlights: I've been a part of my school’s Leadership for all four years. I did soccer for three years and volleyball for a year, inside and outside of school. I took many AP classes throughout my high school career like AP European History, AP U.S. History, AP Language, AP Biology, AP Psychology, AP Statistics, AP Literature, and AP Spanish. I've volunteered at many programs like the Food Bank, local schools, and homeless shelters. Being in Leadership required me to go to events at my school and sometimes outside the school, so I've been to many different ones. I've met so many people who made me excel in my high school career and I'm grateful for all their help and the help of my teachers.

Scholarships, awards: I haven't received any scholarships so far, but I have applied to a few through my school's Assist-a- Grad and some additional ones. I received the Seal of Biliteracy, Golden Seal of Merit, Student of the Month, and Scholarly Athlete Award. 

In 10 years: I hope to have a family, be set in a career I love, and be happy.

Jake Forteza

Next year: I am attending UC Santa Barbara to study Physics.

Career goal: I plan to become a scientist to help further our understanding of technology.

In 10 years: I hope to have finished grad school and have started my career working at a national lab.

Penina Fujii

Next year: I plan to take a leap into adulthood and finally get a job and car while attending Solano Community College! I also hope to start getting more involved with the community.

Career goal: I hope to end up in video game design, creating fun games for others to enjoy. I’ve been intrigued by this ever since I first played a video game in my preschool years. I was a serious iPad kid, but it was one of the most enjoyable pastimes. I’d constantly be on Roblox, socializing and making online friends. Seeing the imagination of other people put into games that hundreds of other people play really inspired me and piqued my interest in this career. But it was really solidified when I had taken my first coding class in middle school. I had no idea how to code and it wasn’t even on the same type of methods that’d be used in video games – it was more focused on the creation of websites. However, I still realized through this class that coding is really enjoyable to me despite not creating anything of significance. I would actually look forward to starting school work there! In the end, I just want to make games that other people can enjoy.

Julianna Gali

Next year: I will be attending California State University, Chico. My major is pre-nursing.

Career goal: During college, I would like to become a CNA to get more experience bedside. I would like to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then potentially minor in psychology. I don’t know what field of nursing yet, but I have been thinking about labor and delivery or pediatrics. After a couple of years in the field I would like to be a travel nurse. This career interests me because of high demand, job security, opportunities for growth, and making a difference in people’s lives.

Highlights: Achieving good grades while balancing soccer, work, and a social life.

Scholarships, awards: Cal Grant A, Federal Pell Grant.

In 10 years: I see myself loving what I do, being happy, financially independent, and building a family with someone I love.

Isabel Galicia

Next year: I plan to get a job this summer and then in the fall attend Solano Community College. Career goal: I want to work in the biology field, either in molecular biology research or medicine.

Highlights: The AVID program was a great experience for me and helped me make some very long-lasting friendships and gave me resources for college that helped prepare me for the complicated application processes and procedures.

Scholarships, awards: Student of the Month Nominee, Academic Awards for all semesters.

In 10 years: I hope to be happy and financially independent in a house with two cats and a loving partner.

Anicia Garvin

Next year: I am attending UC Davis in the fall 2025 semester, majoring in mathematics. I’ll also be going on vacation to Paris and continuing my art business.

Career goal: I want to become a high school math teacher because math is a subject I enjoy; furthermore, I want to be a part of the change, make a difference, and educate the new generation of individuals.

Highlights: Varsity RHS track and field all four years, running Protestant Gospel service audio/visual slideshow for six years, helped in the Special Olympics (9th–10th), volunteered at football/basketball games and the Contra Costa + Solano Food Bank (10th–12th), raised $2,500 for a track fundraiser (11th–12th), started an art business (11th–present), Safety School Ambassador (12th).

In 10 years: I see myself graduating from university and my master’s program, teaching high school math, and living comfortably in a small apartment! I hope to be happy and financially independent.

Kyla Goldberg

Next year: I am attending UC Berkeley, majoring in Biology.

Career goal: In the near future, I hope to get a part-time job and go to college. After getting my undergraduate degree, I want to go to medical school to become a physician. I've always been drawn to helping people and I love anything with biology, so I'm very excited about college.

Highlights: Key Club (Treasurer and Vice President), Cinema Club President, REU Marching Band Flute Section Leader, volunteering for the Solano Kitten Network.

In 10 years: I hope to be happy, just coming out of med school and doing residency, working on a career that I love. 

Mika Rose Goyena

Next year: I plan to earn my AA in Theatre at Solano College and hopefully transfer to UC San Diego.

Career goal: I hope to become a well-known voice actress and/or Broadway star.

Highlights: Earning my Eagle Rank in 2023, Anime Club Social Media Manager, Anime Club President, getting a 3 on the AP Lang exam, Thespians Historian from 2023 to now, and being a four-year member of the Rodriguez Thespians.

Scholarships, awards: BSA Eagle Scout Rank Class of 2023, BSA Female Troop 8818 Founder, OA Ordeal and Brotherhood Member.

In 10 years: I want to have a notable reputation as an actor and be financially stable.

Nicole Grant

Next year: I will be studying English at UC Davis.

Career goal: I wish to be a journalist covering sports for a TV station or newspaper.

Highlights: Working as a copy editor for the yearbook, being a founding editor and reporter for the newspaper, and going to school with my twin brother.

Scholarships, awards: First Year Aggie Scholarship, Academic Excellence all four years.

In 10 years: I see myself happy, pursuing my career, and hanging out with friends.

Siena Guerrera

Next year: This summer, I am looking forward to my travel plans. I will be going to New York and Italy in June! I am also excited to spend as much time as possible with my friends before we move away for college. I am committed to attend my dream school, UC San Diego, where I will be majoring in Business Psychology.

Career goal: My ultimate goal is to work in the marketing field. Growing up, my family had a small business, and I witnessed my dad work to build a loyal customer base and a good reputation for his business. I want to be able to do this for other businesses! Additionally, I want to help brands become more diverse and reach more people, allowing everyone to be able to identify with products in the market. I most likely want to do advertising for a food or beauty company.

Keith Hall

Next year: I plan to attend Solano Community College and get a summer job in the AG business. I’m also going to several concerts – however many my wallet can handle. This is my last summer break as a minor, and I plan to enjoy it to the fullest.

Career goal: I want to pursue a career in Agriculture or Environmental Science to help keep the natural world clean for future generations. I’m also passionate about art and hope to merge these two interests.

Highlights: The people I’ve met throughout high school – from friends I made freshman year to ones I met last month – have all made a lasting mark on me. Some friendships have faded, others have grown brighter, and I don’t regret a single moment.

Deepjot Kaur

Next year: I'm planning to get a job this summer, spend time with friends, and attend UC Davis to major in Human Biology.

Career goal: I plan to go to PA school after getting my bachelor’s and become a physician assistant.

Highlights: Gaining confidence, meeting new people, and making great memories.

Khushnoor Kaur

Next year: I will be going to university in India for veterinary medicine.

Career goal: I want to become a veterinarian.

Dylan Kaushal

Next year: I plan on going to UC Santa Cruz and exploring what suits me most, while continuing music as a hobby.

Career goal: I’m interested in activism and supporting underrepresented communities. I want to do work that helps amplify suppressed voices.

Next year: I’m attending UCLA to major in Public Health.

Next year: I plan to attend San José State University to major in Biomedical Engineering.

Robin Enciel Manuel

Next year: I will attend the University of San Francisco to study Nursing.

Sean O'Connell

Next year: I plan to go to Sacramento City College Next year to continue playing baseball.

Career goal: I plan on studying mechanical engineering.

Highlights: The highlight of my experience was playing baseball and having fun with my teammates.

In 10 years: I hope to be an engineer and be financially independent.

Ylana Oregel

Next year: I plan to do two years at Solano Community College as a Biology major before transferring, hopefully to my dream school: UC Berkeley.

Career goal: While I’m still figuring out what exactly I want to do, I know I am going to be helping people and making a difference in one way or another. Right now, I’m looking forward to doing something in the medical field. This passion for helping people was instilled in me by my selfless mother who has always gone out of her way to put others first.

Highlights: Sophomore year was amazing because I met some of my closest friends and found my pace in my classes.

In 10 years: I want to be independent and satisfied with where I’m at in life. I hope to live in my own place so I can invite my closest friends and family over for holidays and events.

Janwayne Orme

Next year: I’ll be going on even more adventures with friends, taking summer classes at SCC, then going to UCLA in the fall as a biology major with plans to switch. I’ll also be working at a Thai restaurant.

Career goal: I want to be an Electrical Engineer and innovate something people will use on a day-to-day basis.

Highlights: Fashion Club Event Coordinator, Boys Tennis, 13 AP Classes, Matt Garcia Foundation Advisory Board, forming a strong friend group and going on trips like camping, San Francisco, and Santa Cruz.

In 10 years: I see myself continuing to learn more about electricity, working with a big company aimed at advancing technology.

Rishi Patel

Next year: I plan on going to Australia with my family and then plan on going to either San Jose State for Kinesiology or Solano Community College with the intent of transferring into a nursing program.

Career goal: I hope to be a Nurse Practitioner in the future. I want to be able to work independently as an NP that practices medicine and plays a big role in patients's lives.

Highlights: I played Water Polo and Swim for 3 years and was part of the Fairfield Youth Commission for all 4 years of high school.

Jay Pravin

Next year: I plan to attend UCLA.

Career goal: I want to become a lawyer.

Samreet Rai

Next year: During the summer, I hope to travel and give myself a break before college starts. I am planning to attend Unitek College, a private school, to major in Nursing and aim to earn my Bachelor of Science as a Registered Nurse. After gaining experience, I would like to explore additional career paths.

Career goal: In the future, I hope to be working in the nursing field and have a job that I enjoy. I’ve always seen myself as a nurse and have had a strong desire to help others, inspired by my mom. I hope to use my communication skills and confidence to help patients feel well cared for.

Highlights: I was part of Faith Love and Care, writing letters to nursing home residents. I enjoyed classes like Mystery & Suspense, Anatomy and Physiology, and American Government, and loved participating in Homecoming with friends.

In 10 years: I hope to be happy and proud of where I am, financially stable and independent, working somewhere I genuinely enjoy, and having traveled to many parts of the world.

Hannah Reyes

Next year: I plan to go to Napa Valley College and transfer after 2 years, majoring in Biology.

Career goal: My goal is to become a Physician Assistant specializing in OB or gynecology. I hope to make an impact by helping people feel safe receiving care.

Highlights: Key Club (President), Badminton team (went to regionals).

In 10 years: I hope to be happy and content with who I am and who I surround myself with.

Lichelle Salvador

Next year: My plan is to attend Solano Community College with a Biology major to earn transfer credits, and I’ll also be looking for a summer job.

Career goal: I hope to work in a plant science-related field. I love studying how plants interact, evolve, and respond to pests and disease.

Highlights: The relationships I’ve made – from teachers to friends to brief acquaintances – are what I cherish most. I’m grateful for the classes I took and all the fun and learning I experienced.

In 10 years: I hope to be content with life and myself, working in a job close to nature, and going home to my own place filled with people I love.

Simranpreet Singh

Next year: I plan to attend California State University, Monterey Bay and major in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing.

Career goal: I hope to work in marketing and advertising, specifically within the beauty industry. I want to shine a positive light on underrepresented groups in the media. Highlights: I was part of the National Honor Society and Key Club. I took 5 AP courses and made amazing memories with friends during senior year.

Nicholas Aiden Siruno

Next year: I plan to go to college.

Career goal: I hope to be working in the engineering field.

Kaitlyn Snyder

Next year: I plan to attend UC Santa Barbara and major in Biology.

Career goal: I hope to work in the medical field.

Highlights: I played soccer for Rodriguez for 4 years and was part of the College and Career Club.

In 10 years: I see myself being financially independent and working in a career that I enjoy.

Porter Soughayer

Next year: I am going to UC Davis for Mechanical Engineering.

Career goal: Become a well-paid engineer.

Highlights: I enjoyed running Cross Country and Track and Field, doing Powderpuff with my friends, and taking physics with my classmates.

Scholarships, awards: Valedictorian, Regents Scholarship for UC Davis.

In 10 years: I hope to be happy working as an engineer and supporting a family with a comfortable wage.

Anyah Stallworth

Next year: I plan to attend Howard University and major in Biomedical Science.

Career goal: I want to become an OB GYN.

Highlights: Vice President of Black Student Union, Student Leadership, Cheerleading.

Scholarships, awards: Assist- A-Grad.

In 10 years: I hope to be finished with med school and practicing as an OB GYN, and hopefully financially stable.

Covie Tandy

Next year: I plan on going to UC San Diego to get a degree in Pharmacological Sciences.

Career goal: Become a pharmacist.

Highlights: Joining the badminton team, going out with friends, and making memories.

In 10 years: I hope to be financially independent, graduating from pharmacy school, and starting my career as a pharmacist.

Selina Teklu

Next year: I will attend San Diego State University, majoring in Real Estate & Development.

Career goal: I want to become a real estate agent.

Highlights: ASB Officer, Class of 2025 Vice President, Leadership, BSU, Girls’ soccer, Girls’ tennis.

In 10 years: I see myself being a successful real estate agent with my master’s in business administration.

Tyler Teves

Next year: I plan to attend SJSU for computer engineering and spend summer with friends and family.

Career goal: I hope to have a good job in computer engineering in San Jose.

Highlights: My biggest high school highlight was all of the friends I made and the experiences we shared.

In 10 years: I hope to be living a happy life with a well-paying job and spending time with friends and family.

Alondra Toriche

Next year: I plan to attend Dominican University of California, major in Nursing, and play soccer.

Career goal: I want to become a pediatric oncology nurse.

Highlights: Varsity soccer player 4 years, MEL All-League.

Scholarships, awards: Scholarship to play soccer at Dominican University, Scholar Athlete all 4 years.

In 10 years: I hope to be thriving, financially independent, with my dream job and traveling.

Benjamin Vaughn

Next year: I'm getting EMT certified this summer and attending UC Davis to major in biology.

Career goal: I'm looking into becoming a doctor or physician’s assistant because I want to help others.

Highlights: Baseball (4 years, 3 on varsity), Leadership (3 years), Link Crew (2 years).

Scholarships, awards: Scholar-Athlete Award x4, Athlete of the Month (April).

In 10 years: I hope to be entering a great medical career I’m passionate about, with strong relationships with family and friends.

Brandon Wei

Next year: I will attend UCLA and major in Biology.

Career goal: I want to go into the medical field, possibly medical school in 4 years.

Highlights: Varsity Tennis (4 years), Captain (3 years), Key Club (4 years), Board Member (2 years), Division Board (1 year), Leadership Program (4 years).

Scholarships, awards: Two-time Sac-Joaquin Tennis Doubles Sectionals Champion, Three-time MEL Tennis Doubles Champion.

In 10 years: I see myself working as a physician or still studying to become one.

Natalie Wright

Next year: I plan to go to college for mechanical engineering, possibly out of state.

Career goal: I want to be a mechanical engineer, or possibly teach physics and do research.

Highlights: AP Physics was awesome, and I ran track and cross country for three years.

Scholarships, awards: Seal of Biliteracy, Coaches Award, Rookie of the Year.

In 10 years: I hope to have at least a master’s in engineering and be working at a successful start-up, living in California.

Mathew Yee

Next year: I plan to go to nursing school.

Career goal: To become a nurse.

In 10 years: I see myself working as a nurse or back in school to become a nurse practitioner, and having two dogs.

Timothy Young

Next year: I plan to go to college and pursue higher education.

Career goal: I want to be a doctor and pursue the medical field because I’ve always wanted to help others and have a passion for science.

Highlights: Making friends, going to prom.

In 10 years: I hope to be happy, probably still in school, and hopefully surrounded by good friends and maybe a partner.
