Danish Center for Emergency Communication Highlights Upcoming Dimetra Development for SINE

On 3 and 4 June the Danish emergency services held its annual meeting where participants heard more about the status and future for the SINE, public safety & critical communications network

June 3-4 in Odense. The annual meeting, held on 3-4 June in Odense, offered exciting professional presentations, networking and discussions across the emergency services sector. The Center for Emergency Communication (CFB) participated together with other parts of the Danish Emergency Management Agency.

At the Danish Emergency Management Agency's stand, participants could meet representatives from CFB and to hear more about the status and future for SINE, including the ongoing upgrade. In addition, there was a topic about Motorola Solutions's Dimetra Connect and the close collaboration with Police, Fire and Health to ensure a robust and up-to-date communication infrastructure.

CFB was also represented in the program, where section leader Troels Schmidt Jensen gave a well-attended presentation together with Mogens Sandberg Brix from the Danish Emergency Management Agency and Michael Israelson from Motorola. The presentation gave participants insight into the upcoming opportunities with Dimetra Connect.
