Disturbing details about the circumstances surrounding the disappearance and death of a three-year-old girl are contained in Cecil County Court documents.

The documents indicate that 31-year-old Darrian Randle of North East admitted during an interview with law enforcement to beating her daughter Nola Dinkins with a belt Monday morning until the girl lost consciousness and became unresponsive. Then, according to the documents, Randle called her boyfriend Cedrick Britten and they attempted CPR. Then court documents state that they drove around with the girl's body in a suitcase, and then he left the suitcase at a park in Perryville.

Randle is also accused of falsely reporting that her daughter was kidnapped in the Newark area Tuesday night, which led New Castle County Police to issue an Amber Alert. Maryland State Police said human remains that were found Wednesday afternoon have not yet been positively identified.
