Former Chelsea and Real Madrid midfielder Geremi has backed his old Blues team-mate Frank Lampard by insisting there is no doubt he is a Premier League level manager.
Coventry City fans are desperately hoping that will be with the Sky Blues, of course, on promotion to the top flight next season, having gone close to having a crack at making the leap from second tier football via the play-offs last time around.
And City supporters will be confident that the head coach can go one better in the 2025/26 campaign, particularly after a summer of strengthening in his first big transfer window since taking charge at the CBS Arena.

“There is no doubt that Frank Lampard will be a Premier League manager again,” said Cameroon star Geremi, speaking to BoyleSports, who offer the latest FIFA Club World Cup betting.
“We have seen that he plays good football and he is still young and learning the game. He has gone into management and he has already taken several jobs to show that he can be a success.
“He has so many years of coaching left and he will go to the top with a big club again, he has that quality.”
