LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A southern Indiana woman died and three others were injured after an off-road vehicle accident Saturday night.
The Indiana Department of Natural Resources said in a news release that at 9:30 p.m. officers responded to the 5200 block of South River Bottom Road.
Officials said a 75-year-old man was driving the ORV with three passengers when they ran off the road and rolled multiple times down a hill.
Paula McAlister, 56, of Madison, died at the scene.
The driver and a 74-year-old woman, both of Hanover, were flown to UofL Hospital with serious injuries.
A 55-year-old man from Madison was taken to King's Daughters Hospital with minor injuries.
The incident is under investigation but alcohol is not suspected to be a contributing factor.
