This was sudden and senseless, and has placed tremendous and unjust shock and grief to his wife, young children, parents, family, and an ENTIRE Community that loved and respected him. This inane-witless act of deadly violence not only took the life of a beloved, talented, and cherished young man, but placed so many other innocent children, elderly, and close-nit community in danger. Any information to help detain those responsible would help bring his family and grieving community justice, safety, and some hope at beginning any sort of much needed healing and peace."
A Sellers town official called to clarify the name of the facility where a man was shot and killed on June 21.
The official said it happened at the Sellers Resource and Library Center and not the revitalization center, as initially released by law enforcement.
