Police: Overnight shooting on Woodstock Ave. was an accident

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - A shooting on Woodstock Avenue early Wednesday morning is being reported as an accident, according to Toledo Police.
A call came in for the shooting around 1:40 a.m. on June 25 on the 600 block of Woodstock Ave.
According to police on scene, a man was sitting in his vehicle when he accidentally shot himself in the thigh. He was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
