CARO, Mich. — A replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in D.C. has arrived in Michigan.

The wall, which is approximately 250 feet long, displays the names of more than 58,000 Americans who were killed in the Vietnam War.

Motorcycle groups and the Michigan State Police escorted the wall to Caro, where it will be on display at Darbee Farm Park until Sunday.

Hank Kuhne, a past commander of the Reese American Legion post says it's important to honor those who have served the country.

"Vietnam is probably sort of an unforgotten wall, and we should honor every veteran. They take a few years out of their life and give it to the country, really. You know, to defend the country. And one of the sayings they have is, all gave some, but some gave all."
