NAMPA, Idaho (CBS2) — The Caldwell Police Department asked the Nampa Police Department to handle a possible child sexual abuse case involving Kip E. Crofts in January, a teacher with the Caldwell School District at the time.

A warrant was issued charging Crofts with sexual abuse of a minor under 16 years old. Crofts was arrested on Wednesday without incident by Nampa Police Officers when he arrived at his current job with the City of Nampa as a custodian at the Nampa Development Services office in the 500 block of 12th Ave. S.
