Newbury Woman Arrested On Assault, Mischief, And Obstruction Charges On Chesley Street: Concord Police Log

Concord teen cited for assault on Canton Circle; habitual offender arrested again; Manchester woman arrested for 3rd DUI; stolen property.

CONCORD, NH — Raymond Mahoney, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on June 22, 2025, for an arrest prior to requisition and two bench warrants. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Gas Street. A warrant was issued for Mahoney’s arrest for an adult recovery court order after he pleaded guilty on March 11 to three subsequent drug possession counts. He received three four-to-eight-year sentences and $1,302 in fines, all suspended for eight years. Seven days later, a warrant was issued for his arrest. Mahoney appeared at a bail hearing on June 24 and then received the recovery court order. He is due back in court for a drug court proceeding on July 1.

Alexis Lyn Critch, born in 1993, of Newbury, was arrested at 8:13 p.m. on June 21 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, obstructing report of a crime or injury, and domestic violence-obstructing report of a crime or injury charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Chesley Street.

Dominic Johnson, born in 2007, of Concord, received a summons at 2:06 p.m. on June 20, on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation on Canton Circle.

Amanda M. White, 46, of Bridgewater, was arrested at 6:31 p.m. on June 19 on a warrant and a bench warrant. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road. White failed to appear at a status conference hearing on May 22 connected to acts prohibited, controlled premises, and revocation charges out of Northfield from February 2024. She is due back in court for a review hearing on July 10.

Pierce Makuen Osgood, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 5:18 a.m. on June 17 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at the Shell gas station at 333 Loudon Road. She failed to appear at a dispositional conference and an arraignment in Merrimack County Superior Court on May 8 on acts prohibited and drug possession charges out of Concord from September 2024. Osgood is slated to take a plea on the charges on July 16. She also failed to appear at a status dispositional conference hearing on May 27 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on theft, contempt, and resisting charges out of Manchester from June 2024. Osgood is due back in court for a dispositional conference hearing on Aug. 5.

Amie Kaiulani Debenedetto, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 8:33 a.m. on June 16 on an operating after certification as a habitual offender charge after an incident or investigation at T-BONES at 404 S. Main St.

Cody Randolph Wright, born in 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 12:44 p.m. on May 19 on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as littering and change of address violations. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Water Street.

Matthew V. Mulcahy, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on May 19 on second-degree assault and disorderly conduct charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Tandy’s Top Shelf at 100 N. Main St. Mulcahy also reportedly has an active second-degree assault case out of Manchester from February 2024, making its way through Hillsborough County Superior Court North. Jury selection begins in that trial on Jan. 5, 2026.

Christopher Lee Iampietro, born in 1981, of Lanchester, received a summons at 12:35 a.m. on May 19 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Ashton Everett Garland, born in 1991, of Concord, was arrested at 2:46 p.m. on May 18 on robbery, theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, willful concealment, and simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive. Scott R. Spern, born in 1963, of Concord, was arrested at 11 a.m. on May 17 on second-degree assault, second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges. Also arrested was Eli G. Spern, born in 1994, of Concord, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. They were arrested after an incident on Maple Street. Heather Linn Michael, 42, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on May 16 on receiving stolen property-$1,501-plus, operating after certification as a habitual offender, driving under the influence, DUI-third offense, and motor vehicle not equipped with an alcohol interlock device charges as well as two bench warrants. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street. Michael has active receiving stolen property, evidence, and bail breach charges out of Tilton from October 2024 and drug possession charges out of Laconia from November 2024, working their way through Belknap County Superior Court.
