ILCC Pre-Disciplinary Conference Scheduling is Available Now

ILLINOIS, March 27 - The Illinois Liquor Control Commission (ILCC) continues to update and modernize the public-facing processes in each of its divisions. As part of these upgrades, the ILCC is rolling out a new scheduling feature for the ILCC Legal Division. We are happy to announce that liquor licensees in the State of Illinois can now request and schedule a Pre-Disciplinary Conference online via the ILCC website.

Licensees who receive an Offer in Compromise can request a Pre-Disciplinary Conference to discuss their case with a member of the ILCC Legal Division. Previously, this process was slow with unpredictable response times. It required licensees to submit the Pre-Disciplinary Conference Request form attached to an Offer in Compromise and wait to receive a notice from the Legal Division to learn the date and time for the conference.

Licensees can now submit a request for a Pre-Disciplinary Conference online and can schedule the conference directly on the ILCC website. Licensees have the choice of scheduling an in-person conference at the ILCC Chicago or Springfield office, or a remote conference held via video conference. The ILCC hopes this updated process will make scheduling easier and more convenient for our licensees.

"The ILCC has been working diligently to make our agency and its processes more efficient for our licensees. The time and effort that it has taken to create new ways to better serve the public is a testament to the great teamwork and innovative thinking from the entire staff. These changes will help the agency continue to provide great service for years to come," said Illinois Liquor Control Commission Executive Director, Lisa Gardner.
