District 4 Commissioner Manolo Reyes and the Office of Capital Improvements (OCI) are proud to announce the opening of Fairlawn Community Park Phase I, a newly constructed park in District 4, located at 601 SW 63rd Court, Miami, FL, 33144.

The park includes new playground areas for toddlers ages 2-5 and one for children ages 5-9, pathways around the park, an abundance of trees, water stations, bike racks, and a dog run area with a pet waste station.

“Continuing with my philosophy that parks represent the heart of the neighborhood, I’m sure that this brand-new park will be the meeting point for residents who will be able to enjoy outdoor activities with their family and even their pets,” said Commissioner Manolo Reyes.

The project cost is $1.6 million and is funded through Park Impact Fees.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held to celebrate the opening of this highly anticipated project in the community. Do not miss the opportunity to be part of this commemorative event.
